A cross-platform operations suite covering bidding, project tracking, field management, and accounting — built to replace disconnected spreadsheets across an entire construction operation.
The challenge
The client was running their operation across spreadsheets, email threads, and disconnected apps. Estimators, project managers, and field teams had no shared view of what was happening. Bids were easy to miss. Job costs were tracked after the fact, if at all.
What we built
Built a full operations platform: a React web app for bidding and pipeline management with real-time Firestore sync, a Flutter mobile app for field teams with offline support and job-site dashboards, and an accounting module for tracking costs and payments by project. All systems share a single Firebase backend with role-based access control.
