The challenge
Studio operators had no early signal for churn. By the time a member stopped booking, it was too late. Outreach was manual, generic, and untargeted — often sent to the wrong people at the wrong time.
What we built
Built a platform that integrates with Mariana Tek, pulls attendance and booking data, and scores every member by engagement risk daily. For flagged members, the system generates AI-written outreach — and shows operators exactly why each member was flagged, not just a score. FastAPI backend, Next.js dashboard, deployed on Railway.
